Validity of contract:

The contract between the company SPORDIKLUBI ESTONIA TRAIL RUNNING MTÜ and the customer comes automatically after making the payment for registration for the event chosen by the client.
The contract is valid until 03.08.2024 (Day.Month.Year). Amendments to the contract are accepted no later than 30.06.2024(Day.Month.Year).

Confirmation of purchase:

Immediately after making the payment, the client receives an email confirmation of payment for participation in the event.

Settlement of disputes:

In the event of a dispute, the client and the organization try to resolve the dispute between themselves. Otherwise, the parties to the dispute may apply to the court.

Accepted currencies:

The registration form for the event performs calculations in EURO.

Refund:

As a consequence of individual registration, individual production of rooms and technical difficulties, we recommend that you prepare your sports plan in advance and take seriously the organization of your sports year. Refunds are made only in the case of a serious illness with the provision of all necessary documents. In other cases, refunds are not made.

Payment order

Payment can be made by credit card online immediately after creating the order - you will see the corresponding button on the checkout page.

1. To pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the processing company OOO Net Pay. The payment page meets the latest international security requirements for Visa and MasterCard payment systems.

2. In the process of payment by credit card, enter its number, expiration date, CVV code indicated on the back, as well as the name and surname of the owner and contact details of the cardholder.

3. Make sure that you have entered the correct data, and then click on the "Pay" button.

4. If your bank card supports 3D Secure technology, you will automatically be taken to the site of your bank, where you will be asked to enter the secret activation code that will be sent to your phone.

5. If the card details are entered correctly and there is enough money on the account, you will see confirmation of payment for the order. Then you will be asked to return to the store page.

Cancelling and refund policy

For a full or partial refund on the card you need to contact the company in whose favor you paid for the services. The money will automatically return to your card within 2-3 days (max 14 days). To cancel registration and payment, the client should contact the support service and write a free-form application to the email address: spordiklubi.etr@gmail.com The exact term of the refund depends on the time of placing the order and on the bank that issued the card .
